    Emails to Hotmail and MSN returned

    The problem is not over. For the last three months I have been unable to send emails via Vodafone mobile on a PC to Hotmail or MSN addresses. Other addresses are fine. Several complaints to Vodafone have met with inaction. Can anyone help?

    Richard, I am currently having the same problem. I have a PC with a Vodafone dongle and can't send any emails to Hotmail users. I am in discussion with Vodafone and Microsoft about this. Did you ever get your problem resolved? If so, what did you do?

    Emails to Hotmail and Gmail

    For some months I have been unable to send emails to 4 Hotmail and 1 Gmail address - despite phoning Vodafone and being talked through the settings the problem remains - which is, to put it mildly, extremely inconvenient. Can anyone help?

    I switched to Vodafone at home some months back and now cannot email anyone on Hotmail - very strange. Any solutions out there?
