New Nokia Xseries Phone Details Leaked

New Nokia Xseries Phone Details Leaked A document suspected of containing information of a new Nokia Xseries phone has been leaked on the internet.

As Endgadget warned however: “Of course, this would be pretty trivial to fake, so do please put on your skepticism pants before reading further.”

This brand new phone is said to feature the new Symbian^3 operating system. Built around a new design, the phone is state of the art and is expected to cater to those users who like texting.

Currently in development, the phone is rumoured to have a slide out, full QWERTY keyboard for ease of use and via its autorotation facilities, it also offers multiple home screens.

According to reports on the Mobile Choice website, the new Nokai X10 is based on a 600MHz ARM Cortex A8 CPU. It includes an AMOLED touchscreen measuring 3.2", which also has “capacitive abilities.”

Standard features that can be expected are fast data transfer via HSDPA, Wi-Fi to allow wireless connectivity to the Internet, and A-GPS for fast and simple location finding. In addition, the new Nokia X10 sports a very respectable 5-megapixel built in camera.

The new handset also comes with a built in LED flash as an added extra. Expected to be offered as standard is a 32GB internal memory capacity or maybe 16GB of internal storage, the details are not too clear.

The excitement surrounding the phone is that it will be using the Symbian^3 OS rather than the recently announced MeeGo open source platform. Pricing and availability have yet to be announced but the feeling is that the new Nokia X10 is a welcome addition to the growing Xseries family of mobile phones offered by the company.
